Order Type
Order type is module that allows restaurants staff to manage orders classified as Dine-in, Take-out, Delivery, Bar and QSR
Menu List
The Menu list will be displayed to the staff after they have selected their order type. If any menus is going to be out of stock
Modifiers
Add modifier includes the extra topping into the menu item. Staff can personalise the menu by adding modifiers.
Employee
In this section, staff can see his/her details along with the clock in, break in, break out & clock out time.
Table Reservations
With POS, users have the finest option for reserving a table at their favorite restaurant. Users can book a table.
Wait List
If a customer is waiting for a restaurant table, they can directly connect with the restaurant staff, and the restaurant staff will update the confirmation into the given contact information via SMS and phone.
Drawer Management
Staff can set the opening cash balance, manage pay-ins and pay-outs, and hold or close the drawer at the end of a shift. The module also generates printable EOD reports with sales breakdowns by payment method.
Phone & Online Order
Orders are organized into four categories: New, Future, Completed, and Out for Delivery. Staff can review and accept or reject orders placed through the website or mobile app. For delivery orders, staff can assign available drivers and track order status until completion.
